If someone just got married 2 months ago in India and wants a divorce can they file immediatley for divorce or do they have to seperated for one or two years before they actually file for the divorce? Also is there an online system that anyone can logg into to see if someone has registered for marriage or divorce. Like marriage or divorce applications?

If you are a Florida resident, you may file for divorce immediately. Florida has no separation requirement for divorce.
To see if a divorce has been filed, you can check the county clerk's office online.
To see if a marriage license has been issued, you have to use a paid search service like USSearch.com, but some public entities may keep records of marriages online. In Florida, marriage records are generally not kept online for free access.
