got married in October we had a baby in December the baby has my name on the birth certificate and we are legally married we were living in Ohio and we moved to Florida about 3 weeks ago my wife just ran off back to Ohio she has abandoned us what can I do

If you plan to remain in Florida you need to establish residency - 6 months before filing papers in this county. However you can file in Ohio and I suggest you seek the advise of an attorney in that area. You might contact the Dept of Children and Family Services here in Florida and see if they can assist you with Temporary Custody of this child while in this state.
