Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Married in Pennsylvania in the year 1998. Separated while living in FL in the year 2009. He moved back to PA. I stayed in FL. Yes we have children, however our arrangements are working without the court system. I just want a simple divorce. We have been separated now 6 years. How easy is a simple divorce when we live in different states? Is it inexpensive? I do not have much money and am a student at Daytona State College.

Check into an uncontested divorce. Sometimes that can be done without an attorney. Easiest to go to a Paralegal Service to draft forms.
