married to two people
I may be married to two people. 9 years ago i married i have not him seen or heard from him since that day he filed and sent me for annolment i sighned papers thought was done. 9 years later got married never recieved marriage licences back I have no clue what to do or how to fix this.

1. Check with the office that was supposed to issue your marriage license. It may have nothing to do with your previous marriage.
2. Look for a record of the annulment in the court in which it was supposed to have been filed. You should be able to search online. If there is nothing, chances are you will need to consult with an attorney about your situation and what to do. Either way, you are not married to two people. It will be one or the other...

He, your husband of nine years ago, filed what? He sent you for an annulment, then what did you file? Any paperwork in Court?
What does getting your marriage license back have to dowith the divorce/annulmet processes? Is the Clerk's holding up issuance of a marriage license because...?
