Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, I am currently married to a Punjabi man, who left me when I was two and a half months pregnant with our son. (Due to family in India) He was to come back to his son and I after the situation in India was settled. When my son was eight months old, I found out he had married another woman when I was pregnant and now has a daughter with her. Is this legal? And what action can I take against him? I feel hopeless and would like some guidance to resolve this matter. Thank you very much for your time, and hope to hear from you soon.

I don't know if it is legal to take a second wife in India, though I very much doubt it. There are strong international laws regarding collecting child support, and, of course, you could certainly get a divorce in Florida. You should speak to a Florida divorce lawyer.
