Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Were not married, and I did not sign a birth certificate. In 2010 I ask for dna test because I don't believe the child is mine. She refuses to take a dna test, she cut off all communications. March of 2011 I receive child support papers in the mail. I contact the agency 1800 number. But no ones giving me any information. I told them I need a dna test and I'm willing anytime. I don't have any address or phone number to contact her. Can they take child support without a dna test. or do I have to go get a court order for a dna test... I feel like because I'm a male that the law is against me in this situation. P.S. I live in Florida... she live in Louisville,Kentucky. I need help....
