married and had a son by someone else

I was married to my husband and had a son my son is not husbands baby

frist how do i go about getting child support from the biologial father.

if me and My husband get devorced does he have to pay child support on a child that is not his

and where can i got to find case law on this and what is the name of what i did so when im trying to find information on it i can find it

It doesn't really come up under basterd children

Im still married and i live in Florida

there is no father on the birth cert.

where do i go and how do i get some anwsers to this

You should file a Petition for Paternity. This alleges who the father is and once that has been established, the issues of child support and visitation will be addressed.
