Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I was married to my last spouse for 7 years and we divorced. We have maintained our relationship through the divorce and we are now back living together. My ex and I would like to nullify our divorce so that we would be entitled to each others benefits. Is nullification the way to go or is it cheaper and less time consuming to just remarry? If we remarry, do we start counting marriage years from 2014 or can we also claim our previous 7 years together?

If the divorce is NOT final you can both dismiss the proceeding. If the divorce is final it would be cheaper and quicker to remarry.

you have no basis for relief. Just get remarried, maybe with a pre-nup too
