Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was married to my former spouse 13 yrs and over 10 yrs during the time he served in the armed forces. when we got a divorce the judge granted a portion of his retirement based on he separated from the home, which gave 9.5 yrs. Can i have the divorce decree amend because it was never a legal separation to get the correct dates in the final paperwork.

When was the divorce granted? If it was more than 10 days ago, you have probably lost the ability to request another hearing on that issue. If has not been more than 30 days, you may be able to file an appeal, assuming that a court reporter was in attendance at the final hearing.
