Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am married for the second time and live in Florida. When I got married I had a prenuptial agreement. After six years of marriage (and 1.5-2 years of cohabitation) things don't seem to be going very well. If we end up in divorce, can he challenge my prenup? I am concerned about my house which is my major asset.
