If I am not married to my unborn child's father, will they allow him to take my newborn to his house for visitation And allow him 50% custody?

It depends on who "They" are. The ultimate control is with the court system. But be aware if you ask the court to determine time sharing, most judges will include child support.

When the child is born file your papers to protect your rights. THe father is also entitled to have contact with the child.
