Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been married to my wife for a year and a half, been with her for 2 1/2. In the total time we have been together my oldest (who I see every other weekend)daughter's mother has made our life unbearable. We are in and out of court for some reason or another it seems like at least once a month. Now she is allegeing that my step-son, who is almost 12, has been molesting our daughter, and that I have known about it all along, and is threatening criminal action( I am actually nervously waiting for the cops to show as I am typing). Now my wife is threatening divorce, none of the children will talk honestly to me before or after this occured, according to her mother my daughter is refusing to come over cause she is afraid, I am so confused, scared, lost, and thinking thoughts I shouldnt be thinking, what am I supposed to do when my life is crashing in around me and all I can do is watch and cry, can anyone help me, please?

First of all, I am not a therapist, however I will give you as much legal advice as I can regarding your legal problems. You are worried that your ex will want to file criminal charges against you because of some sexual abuse that you allegedly knew about between your 12 year old step son and your daughter. If that is true and perhaps they are investigating this matter, you need to contact a criminal attorney right away. Regarding your current marital problems, you should try to speak with your spouse regarding these outstanding issues. If there is going to be a divorce, then you should seek a family attorney regarding same. If this marriage is salvageable, I recommend counseling. Good luck!
