Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm married now but i wiil divorce eventually we have ahome an apartment and a commercial property such commercial property is own by a corporation under my name only. Could I transfer this property to my daughters to protect it. I'll be leaving him with the apt free and clear

Under FL law you are not permitted to make transfers like that. However if the corporation was started by you before the marriage and totally in your name it is not a marital asset.
