Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a married woman with one daughter from a previous relationship.

We bought a house, each of us have a car. I would like to know whatthe law mandates about how these assets should be distributed if there is no will in the case one of us die.

That's a tough question without knowing how things are titled. For instance, if you and your husband are both on the deed to the house and you pass away, your husband gets the house. Same with the cars.

Wills are very cheap, and lawyers will create them for $50 or $100. You should go have a will done.
