Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was married for 24 years. I had an affair. We are now filing for divorce. I am moving out and living with my girlfriend. I have a 15 year old son whom I will support. I will also be paying alimony to my ex wife. I want to share custody of my son. Is there a problem with me moving out of the home, since living there has become an impossible situation for everyone concerned.

Your moving out of your home in anticipation of dissolution of marriage poses no legal problem. To represent you in the dissolution, marital settlement agreement, visitation agreement, alimony, and other issues, you are advised to consult with a family law attorney.
