Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I've been married 19 years to a cheater and controller along with verbal abuser. We have one 12 year old son with special needs. We recently lost our 15 year old house because spouse foreclosed on it without telling me until the month before he told me to pack up. He has taken out loans without me knowing about it and hides everything. His savings, checking, etc. He was having a long term affair and spent over 50g on the mistress and lost his job becuase of her. My son and I never do see him only about an hour each day. I just want out but have no job, no money and no familly to help me. Spouse is over knee deep in debt and has even took out loans in my name. What can I do to get help?

You sound like you should look into seeking help with Legal Aid in your area. This is the number for Orange County Legal Aid 407-841-8310 and for Seminole County Legal Aid (407) 834-1660. My opinion, you can seek alimony, child support and request special needs child support because your child has disabilities, this can be extended for beyond the standard 18 year old or after child graduates from high school. Since the house is in foreclosure, you should request help in that department as well and legal aid provides that sort of legal assistance. I wish you the best of luck.
