Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was married for 13 years and have 2 daughter within the marriage.I divorced about 5 years ago,there is a court order, he agreeded to pay $800.00 in child support and $150.00 in alimony monthly. He refuses to pay, i have gone through the child support system, his drivers license has been suspened and there is a warrent for his arrest,he never has shown up for the court dates, BUT he is now living in Belize Central America, where is lives great has condos, a bar, a resort. He has sent $200.00 and $250.00 via western union for this year 2010.He is a florida resisdent. What can i do to make him make him pay this court order?? Can this be inforced in Belize?

I suggest you contact an immigration attorney ASAP. YOu may be able to attach his assets there.
