I am married 16 years but my name is not on the deed of our house that we purchased. Do i have any rights to a division of the property?

If you purchased the house after you were married, you are most likely entitled to one-half the equity in the house. If the house was purchased by your spouse before you were married, you may still be entitiled to a portion of the house, but it depends on what jurisdiction of Florida you live in.
