I was married for 10 years. My ex-husband is receiving retirement and disability socail security. Do I qualify for benefits?

What type of benefits, if any, am I qualified to receive?

If your divorce is already completed, and your settlement agreement or judgment doesn't say you are entitled to a part of his retirement or social security disability, then you can't go back and get it now.
