Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I have been married for 14 years in the state Florida and my husband picked up and left to Denver in July and left me with the rental properties and 2 cars. Up onto 2 days ago I found out he has been having an affair. He has cars under misname which I have tried to ask him to sign over the papers so I could sell them. Now he took all the money out of both our accounts and left me in Florida with limited finances to cover my bills. What are my rights as his wife? He makes more money than me.

Not enough information to be specific. Florida has jurisdiction for a dissolution of marriage for only 180 days after the separation. Recommend you speak with a local attorney ASAP about filing suit. If Florida loses jurisdiction you would have to file a case in Colorado. No idea as to Colorado law of divorce.
a 14 year marriage would entitled you to some alimony and certainly funds that were removed an equitable share would have to be returned. As to the properties and the cars, the courts can determine the ownership and division of any other assets.
