you could have it annuled since you did not consummate the marriage. You will need to be specific under the circumstances since it has been three years. However, I did do an annulment for a marriage over 2 years that did not consummate the marriage because the one of the parties had PTSD from military service.

yes. An annulment is hard to get. Just get a divorce.
