My advice to you is discuss your situation with legal counsel since I'm not sure what your questions is.
She is not entitled to alimony. Has she served you with divorce papers? If not, why mediation so soon. I suggest you file if she has not and then set a mediation date - because the judge will not hear the case until you do. It is good that you have her on your insurance - do not change anything until the divorce. If you are in theJacksonville area, call my office for an appointment.
