my ex- wife has voliated my visition rights over 200 times in the 4 years with no help from the court system.

can i sue her for hiring private dicks to find her after taking my 5 year old daughter out ot state for over 4 weeks with no concact. she was arrested but court only made her make up lost time the system in fl sucks do i have any recourse?

Sounds like you should file a motion for contempt and sanctions with the court that has jurisdiction over the case.
