Does massachusetts still have jurisdiction of a minor child after she moved to florida after 4 years?

the divorce was done in massachusetts which allowed me to move to florida but he filed paper work regarding modification of custody 4 years later in massachusetts.

Yes, however you would need to be served the papers personally in Florida.

Florida probably has jurisdiction. As a general rule, the state where the child has lived for the last six months has jurisdiction over the child, but there are many exceptions to the rule. You should take your paperwork to a Florida family law attorney to know for sure.
