Regarding the Medation Process during a Divorce

If a couple that is going through a divorce and went to a medation process. Does that mean they have to be before a judge to make the divorce final?

It all depends on the outcome of the mediation. If it was successful and there are no children, then probably an order finalizing the divorce could be submitted to the judge.

If there are no attorneys involved and there is property involved, you just may want to do before the judge to make sure you understand the ramifications of the process.
