Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Have gone through mediation in June. wife is having attorney hold paper work until the insurance open enrollement occurs which is in October. Is this leagel?

It's not illegal, but I wouldn't call it proper. Why don't you file your copy and set the final hearing yourself?
