Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I have been to mediation for visitation with my ex and we both came to an agreement, and both of us signed the mediated agreement paperwork does that mediated agreement become binding? If the custodial parent is denying visitation can I file for contempt of court just with the mediated agreement that was signed by both of us, or is that not possible until I get the judge to finalize it?

You should have gotten a consent final judgment from the judge right after the mediation - within at least 3 to 5 days. Why don't you have it? Did the other party contact the mediator and request something different. Need more info.
