Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I went to a Mediator on 8-20-09 and it says " Confllict has been Partially Resolved Temporary Agreement to be revised in 6 months" My ex's lawyer denied me going back to Mediation, "saying that I am not complying with something in the Mediation Paperwork. What I would like to know is that can my ex's lawyer do that or does my ex's lawyer have to show that I am not complying or does the Mediator has to show that I am not complying to it.
