Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Medical bills

As per my Consent Final Judgment I am to pay 50% of any medical and dental bills given to me within 30 days that are not covered by my ex-wifes insurance. To date my ex carries no dental insurance on my child and very cheap medical insurance. Her and her Lawyer continue to hound me for money that is not due. If there were any grounds to her letters I figure that her and her lawyer would have had me back to court again. I pay $725.00 per month for 1 child and it is her resposibility to carry all insurance out of this money as per the court. Is there some motion to go through that brings to courts attention that the money that is supposed to be for child support is not being used for such and that the ex-husband is not a bad guy because he is following the guide lines as set forth by the courts? Her actions border harassment as she leaves stuff at my door and on the answering machine. Thanks for any help available.

Re: Medical bills

Continue to do what you are suppose to do according to your final judgment. You are suppose to pay child support, continue that. According to your facts, you are suppose to pay 50% of out of pocket, so pay that when you receive a bill. If you don't have a bill then how are you suppose to know the amount to pay. Keep good records of all payments and annoyances. Ignore annoyances if possible and stay the good guy, it will only help you later if needed.
