Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Do I need a Medical Directive form or a Medical Power of Attorney form so that I have permission to seek medical help for my fiance. We will be going on a trip soon and since we are not married which form should I use so that I can make medical decisions on his behalf in case of an emergency? He will also need this form in case he needs to make medical decisions for me. I'm not sure if this is a subject under Family Law.
