medical ins.

My ex-husband is suppose to provide medical ins for our daughter 17, she was involved in a car accident as a passenger the driver had no DL or insurance and my ex won't give me the insurance information needed to file the claims since I took her to the hospital bills are coming in my name

Re: medical ins.

You can file a motion for contempt against him in family court for not providing the insurance, and you can sue him in civil court for failing to insure your daughter.
