mental abuse
i feel that my husband has been mentally abusing me for a few years but unfortunatly i have no proof as hes reminded me several hundred times i will put this bluntly hes having someone stalk me but im unsure what to do

With rather skimpy details, it is hard to give you much direction. You could start by seeing a therapist or counselor who could help you deal with the threshhold issues, you can hire an investigator to assemble some proof and then hire a lawyer who can take you through the maze that this case will create.
