Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i AM A MENTALLY DISABLED mOM W/SON DUFFERING SAME (mANIC dEPRESSION & aDD/adhd)PLS IGNORE CAPS,SORRY. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN VERBALLY ABUSEIVE EVER SINCE I WAS DIAGNOSED. I do not have any acess to HUsbands money, whos Mom sadly dies in Jan, and I have found lots of evidence that he has gotten a sizeable unheritence, he hasn"t worked since Jan 2011, yet has paid a bill for $17,ooo., another $9,000.00, and bank acct receipt that stated he has 3 accts with $10,000.00. claimes he has no money, had defrauded IRS, had countless DUIs in FL & TX, his Jeep in in my name using my liscense # and my name is forged twice on sales reciept from Bill Seidles, worked for Volvo Penta years ago,and opened a retirement plan that just 2 months ago went from like $2000.oo in stocks to near $100,000., decieved them stateing the money made on these stocks go to wife if married, he stated he was single!!! Has defaulted & lied regarding foreclosure on house, which was recently discovered that although hes still crying poor, they found out he wasn't remotely close to it & was working also. I heard somewhere that a husband who has been sole breadwinner can b made to pay wifes legal fees, since I have no way to do so, help!!!

Please contact the legal aid dept in your area. If you have been diagnosed as being mentally incapacitated you must have a guardian appointment for you. Since you say you have a husband, is he your appointed guardian. Need way more info on your situation.
