Mentally handicapped adult child

I need Power of Attorney for my adult mentally handicapped child, what is my course of action.

Since the child is mentally handicapped he can not sign over power of attorney to you. You are going to have to do a guardianship for the child. You should consult with a Florida Probate attorney to assist you with this fairly complicated procedure.
