Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am in Miami-Dade county and want to find out if I dont have a liquor license but want to sell magazines and liquor and deliver it to peoples home but I have a bar owner that will sell the liquor part. How would I be able to sell the liquor to the public would it have to be under bar name the buisness or can I buy from bar owner the liquor and resell the liquor back to the public?

You have to have a liquor license.
