Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hi, my name is michele. i have been thinking about it for a long time and i really want to be emancipated. in my house i am not happy im emoinaly hurt and sometimes physicaly hurt. and i cant take it anymore it is starting to effect my school work. my parents wont sign the relase form and i dont want to bring this up with them because then the freak out. what can i do?

you must be 16 years of age - fully employed with income enough to support yourself.

How old are you? If not 16, then I suggest you contact the Dept. of Children and Family Services andhave them remove you from the home and place with a foster family.
