Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i am in the middle of a bitter child support dispute with my ex-girlfriend. i am fully aware that she is using various illegal substances currently.i brought this up to the clerk of court and they basically told me that being we are separated and have no contact outside of court, i am not a credible witness and my "assumptions" are a foolish way to besmirch her character. i know for a fact this is not an assumption but a reality. regardless of my financial support status, i was named the father in a paternity test and still worry for the sake of my innocent child. she goes out constantly to use with her friends and leaves her with her (self labeled) crack head mother. she was previously employed at a hospital and was fired for writing fake prescriptions to herself. i am wondering if there is anyway i can legally order to a drug test to prove my claims.

You can petition the court to have a guardian ad litem appointed on behalf of the child and have them conduct an investigation.
