Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We are in the middle of a dissolution of marriage. Time sharing had been very difficult so we went ahead and submitted a motion to the judge for time sharing with a proposed order. The status of the motion shows as Stray Pleading Check Out. What does that mean?

I have never heard of this. Mr. Smitten may be correct in that you will need to contract the clerk of court to inquire what this means.
