Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am in the middle of a divorce proceeding. I was recently ordered to mediation, which we went to, agreed upon and were ready to sign the paperwork. Then I looked up online on the docket information and saw this: Pluries summon issued - no fee -- PARTIES TO CONTACT MDS WHEN READY TO SCYEDULE NEED INFORMATION FOR PETITIONER COUNSEL INFORMATION
What does this mean?

It is an additional summons in the event you did not receive the first and comply with it. Since you say you were ordered to mediation, perhaps the counsel for the other party neglected to inform the court that you appeared. If you have not signed the paperwork of the mediator for the court then you are being requested to appear to sign.
