Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In the middle of getting divorced and my wife who hasn't lived in our home shows up last night with a stranger. Am I allowed to call the cops to have this guy removed? What are my options here? I fear for the welfare of my daughter.

You have to get an Order giving you exclusive use and possession of the residence.

where is your attorney. file for a Temporary Needs for exclusive you and possession of the residence. Also you may ask this person to leave but you will probably need a court order.
