Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How is military child support order calculated? i was told that i am only entitled to the bah. well he received $3951 base pay, $353 bas, $1200 bah and $450 spec duty pay. we have a verible agreement for $1600 but now he is demanding to change it to $1200, is this correct and reasonable for 2 kids, plus i have no income.

The bah is something the military person is entitled to as a benefit. This has nothing to do with child support. Child support is based on the income of both parties and adjusted according to percentages of who can pay what. I suggest you speak with you attorney.
