Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Military Custody Battle

I am currently deployed with the military, my ex-wife has temp custody till I am back in the states. In the agreement, she is not allowed to take her out of the state of FL, but she has not only taken her out of sate, but out of the country- to Europe to be with her new ''boyfriend'' she met online. Also in the agreement my ex-wife is suppose to bring our daughter to visit my sister every saturday so that I may still have phone contact each week, and for the last two months my ex-wife has refused to do so. My lawyer says there is nothing she can do, is she wrong? What can be done?
