Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I don't mind paying child support for our son but I don't make a lot of money to begin with. My wife makes a pretty good living. I just can't take living with her anymore and want out. I cannot take her drinking anymore and she will not stop. What are my choices?

File for divorce and for custody and child support for your son. Alcohol does not make for a good parent. I hope you have evidence of her problem.
