Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I mine is love cum arranged marriage, after marriage in June 2009 my left me and went to her parents in US, she is green card holder and she gave birth to my child in March 2010, however I got to know that she is seeing someone else there in USA and when i questioned her she is not even sharing my son's pictures with me, i want to divorce her but I want her to come to india , decide about child custody

Your rights are probably governed by India law as far as the divorce goes.
