Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Minor Child

I would like to know what laws are broken and the statute of those laws if the residential parent removes a minor child from the state of Florida without the consent of the other parent or the Court's permission. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's not a crime to move without permission (unless you violate a court order), but the statute you are looking for is 61.13001.
