Can a homosexual male that is 17 soon to

be 18 in 6 months move out of he's house

without getting charged as a runaway? He

is haveing problems with he's mother and

he wants to leave and he is dateing another

male that is 18 can he leave he's mothers

house move in with he's partner with out

any conflicts with the law?

There is no right to runaway. If a 17-year-old leaves the house, the parents have the right to force the 17-year-old back home, and the police will probably assist. Running away isn't a crime, it's just not permitted.
