minor power of attorney
i am moving to florida from nh with my 12 year old cousin he lives with me now with his mother but she is not moving to florida untill august but i am moving with him the 15 of may .what do i need to do so i can make legal disicions for him .

Have a local attorney up there draw up a special power of attorney so that medical and educational needs for the child can be meet. When mom arrives she can take over.
Make sure the docs and the schools will accept though.
