Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can a minor (17 yrs old) in FL, have possessions, such as a tv, bike, drums, that they can sell without parent permission? The teen has documented cases of drug use and pending felony charges.

yes that would be the minors property

If they were given as gifts, then they belong to the minor. Seems to me you really need to find some help in the minor's drug problem.
