Missed a hearing due to mail delivery
I recently received a ''Notice of Hearing'' letter in the mail, delivered after the Status Review Hearing to Address Child Visitation occured. I spoke with the Judge's secretary, she suggested calling the CWLS/DCF Senior Attorney who sent the letters out. When I spoke with the DCF Attorney, she argued that the letters were sent on time. I have the envelope with the ''Post Mark'' date as proof that is was not delivered on time. What can I do to be heard by the Judge and/or other people involved with this case? ANY suggestions would be helpful.

It depends on what was done at the hearing. If nothing happened, then just make a mention of the incident at the next hearing and apologize to the judge. If something happened that was prejudiced to you, ask the judge to set aside the decision for the reason you gave here.
