modification of injuction for protection with minor child
have injuction for protection against domestic violence since original filing date have moved in same county but to diffrent address sheriffs dept informed me that i need to file a modification my questin is we have i minor child when i file will the judge be able to grant a diffrent visitation arangment than the generall master had set it was for casa suppervised visits but they wont see us any more because the other party would be no call no show to many times and neither of us have filed to go back to the generall master to modifie visitation that was almost 5 years ago and hes had no contact with our son since than or paid child support but has now found out where we live and where i work and tried to bribe a neighbor to bring our son to him without me knowing wich i also filed a police report with that incedent to because my neighbor my neihbor imidatly called the police but they said the injuction was for him and i and that it couldnt be considered third party contact because he wasnt trying to get in contact with me he was trying to get in contact with our son. If i file the modification can the judge change the order for supervised visits or does it have to go back to the generall master? should i be worried it could chang

The domestic violence judge does have the power to change the visitation, but it would be unlikely that a domestic violence judge would change supervised visitation to unsupervised.
